what is the way deleting the footer(that includes CARBON FORUM v.5.9 bla bla ). where footer file is present?

Message says: **_"This page isn’t workinglocalhost is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500"_** Why there is HTTP ERROR 500? and how to fix?

There are no scenrios...

Error says, there is no scenrio you must have to create one.  how it should be removed?

it is just a simple html template scince there is no edit option.
