[galz10](https://github.com/galz10) confirming this is happenning at the latest Gemini CLI. `NODE_TLS_REJECT_UNAUTHORIZED=0` resolves it so it is certs issue.
Does downgrading to version v2.57.0 resolves the issue for you or does it persist even with downgrading?
Steps you could try if possible: 1. Logout of the extension if possible. Uninstall extension if possible. 2. Remove all settings from the `settings.json` files (user, workspace...) related to geminicodeassist...
