Chromium 47 - indicator no longer sits in address bar

In chromium 47 the indicator is a regular extension button and it no longer sits in the address bar. Could it be moved back to the address bar? 

Multiple GeoIP databases?

It would be really helpful to allow multiple GeoIP databases to be specified (e.g. GeoLiteCity.dat _and_ GeoLiteCityv6.dat).

In chromium 47 the IPvFoo indicator is a regular extension button and it no longer sits in the address bar. Could it be moved back to the address bar? 

The instructions for updating the data no longer works — the ZIP file downloaded from World Bank portal contains three .csv files, all of which create a zero-sized parsed_data.csv.
