Audit rule idea: warn when using `title` or `placeholder` as only text alt source

Can use `axs.properties.findTextAlternatives` to pull a list of text alt sources, check for title/placeholder as only source(s).

`grunt release` should list remotes when asking which remote to use

Currently it just asks: ``` ? Git Remote (usually upstream or origin) upstream ``` but this is confusing when I have different remotes on different machines.
