so can someone integrate that code with kpdfv ?
Zotero's plugin zotfile allows to fetch pdf annotations from pdf seamlessly but it can be tweaked for kindle pdfs too
zotfile author replied as follows: You should start by writing a function that takes the path to the pdf file as an argument and returns an array of annotation objects...
annotation id seems to be unique # assigned to an annotation
i guess grid solution is more intuitive and UI friendly since it takes on 2 key presses to go to any location! but what the developer thinks about this issue?
you can also have a transparent grid with indexes displayed on the screen itself in the highlight mode which would allow the user to move to the correct cell ....

the cursor behavior is better but still unpredictable as it tends to race past the desired target.
