How collapse when activity viewed?

onResum() { for(int i= 0; i< recordsContainer.getChildCount(); i++) { RequestRecord r = ((RequestRecord) recordsContainer.getChildAt(i)); if(...) { r.expandView.collapse(); } } } but not work. not collapse view.!!!

can change direction to rtl? min value in Right and max value in left tanks
