[DNM] feat(symphony): Refactored Symphony bot to connect to Hydra

this is old now .. could resurrect if Symphony becomes a required feature again, but for now it is dormant

The 'placeholder' attribute is unavailable using the latest @types/react package

I changed the base type for my component to be InputHTMLAttributes rather than HTMLAttributes .. if that helps

view it on iphone 6s is lag and broken

If you try now, you will find that iOS performance is very much improved (hopefully even on 6S, if you still have it 😄)

Update rollup to latest version from 2.79.1 to 4.21.1

FYI - min versions are `@rollup/[email protected]` -> `[email protected]` to get `@jridgewell/sourcemap-codec` but looks like upgrading [caused an issue](https://github.com/GoogleChrome/workbox/commit/d69945dad6776b5766dd2356dcce31628e835260) @AJIb63PT ?
