ERROR: Child exited immediately with exit code 127

I'm having this same problem. I looked my keyring version with the command above and it's 18.0.1

The AuthorizationPolicy named: 'DefaultAuthorization' was not found.

I'm also getting this problem. But I've also noticed that the version of FinTube that it says it's installed on Jellyfin is `1.0.0.0` despite trying to install `1.0.1.0`. When I...
