Can we use Nokogiri instead?

Did it here https://github.com/alexxed/schematron/tree/feature/replace_lib_xslt_and_lib_xml_with_nokogiri , seems to work. People have problems installing libxslt-ruby with native extensions on various OSes

I tried it and get stuck after entering google credentials with an error that something went wrong which looks like it's caused by a google api deprecation from March 2021....
