I got same issue, but I'm horizontal an travels through the screen height, is there some solution for that?

it's like Gary image above but travels through the screen view, happens on regular times, every 5 minutes perhaps, it's pretty annoying.

it's a retro console that have mGBA as emulator for GBA games (fps display is from these console)
