My workaround for the moment, I use the bullseye-slim image: willhallonline/ansible:2.10-bullseye-slim and it works. I have no idea what changed with the alpine images.

Service names are hardcoded. There is an open pull request to fix that: https://github.com/jupyterhub/zero-to-jupyterhub-k8s/pull/1209. It is currently not merged.
I think that if we want this feature, we will need to make a PR on the JupyterHub Helm Chart.
