Possible inconsistent usage of unqualified locals in XSD?

Using "qualifed" elements would allow to validate XML (and have IDE auto-completion) for partial types and messages definitions.

Add extensibility to SBE XSD for custom tools

My main concern for extensibility (as I tried to explain above) was: * Possibility to add information for transformation tools (code/doc generators) So it is probably covered by your list....
