Given that this plugin is now bundled into IntelliJ since about 2 years ago - I do not believe there will be any movement on this front in this repository....

You can download older versions either from https://plugins.jetbrains.com/plugin/6317-lombok/versions or https://github.com/mplushnikov/lombok-intellij-plugin/releases and manually install it from ZIP. A PR fixing the issue is welcome :)
