As of v5.4.0 of the `phpdocumentor/reflection-docblock` library, the `getArguments` method is now deprecated. [Here](https://github.com/phpDocumentor/ReflectionDocBlock/blob/5.x/src/DocBlock/Tags/Method.php#L224) is the relevant line, but that change wasn't released until 5.4 which you can see [here](https://github.com/phpDocumentor/ReflectionDocBlock/compare/5.3.0...5.4.0#diff-0dc6c323037c01aed4af22058cf38cbf451eeadc043ca310778ab9b2e454d39bR224)....
