Error installing python 3.12 due to DuckDB dependency

DuckDb seems to be compatible with python 3.12 (https://github.com/duckdb/duckdb/pull/10144) This PR was merge on January 5h and release in 0.10.0 (https://github.com/duckdb/duckdb/releases/tag/v0.10.0) Tested and working like a charm
