Make sure that saved the files you changed. To see the changes you don't have to rebuild and restart every time, you should see it after you've saved your changes...
Now sidebar header stays in place on scroll, no additional scroll bars, and content of the page does not scrolls with sidebar. + removes dead code. 
I'm was not able to see any notifications.
*Upon testing*: after I clicked the 10th word, I did not notice the teaching bubble right away, then when I, consecutively, clicked 11th word - it (the action of clicking)...
