For me the `GIDAuthentication.refreshTokens(handler:)` is working (returning an new GIDAuthentication with a new idToken (with a good expiration date), but this new token doesn't work.

same here, I've switched jobs since :/

Add Swift Package Manager support

It will become really important to support SPM (most of the other libraries already support it (aka facebook, google etc..))
