Since `lightning:` invoice format looks like an URI scheme, is it legal to append `?query1=a&query2=b` as well as `#fragment` to it?

It's just a question, not an issue. Is it possible to somehow use SOCKS V5 proxy instead oh HTTP one? I want to use Tor as proxy which provides SOCKS5...
