Es ist für eine Applikationen einfacher, wenn die API Zeiten ISO8601 formatiert ausliefert . Hierfür soll der Response um jeweils einen weiteren Rückgabewert `iso_timestamp` für jeden `timestamp` erweitert werden.

Momentan liefert das Forum nur den Marker "new" im entsprechenden Beitragsresponse aus. Es wäre sinnvoll, wenn man diesen Marker auch an weiteren Stellen (Ankündigungen, Dokumente, Wiki etc) anbieten könnte, damit...

It would be cool to return the proper name of a semtype instead of the respective id. Thus, one can save a extra call of the studip/config route.
