Webcam on V3 does not work !

I noticed that some programs won't accept webcam, but some do. YouCam seems to work for me.

Changing monitor scale messes up maximize buttons when the task bar is on the top side

A workaround for me (when I'm using the taskbar on the top) is to go to the EP Taskbar Properties, toggle _Automatically hide the taskbar_, and toggle it again.
