I'll reopen it once I am fully sure that issue exists, currently I can't reproduce it every time. So not sure what is causing this issue. In my actual project...
Reopening the bug as now I'm sure that it will always fail version bump if you follow the repro steps.
Is there any plan to support flat config by default while creating new workspaces? Because flat config is now default and recommended in ESLint Docs. https://eslint.org/blog/2024/04/eslint-v9.0.0-released/#flat-config-is-now-the-default-and-has-some-changes
