Somehow I'm the point-of-contact for http://code-for-dc-edu.herokuapp.com/ and it's on the cedar-14 stack on heroku, which disappears in May or so... I tried the quick-and-easy upgrade to heroku-18 but it fails...

minifying d3.v3.min.js (yes I know it's already minified but still) breaks something, leading to an "Invalid Increment Operand" in the browser. I suspect it's over-collapsing some plus signs or something...
