Allow users to set currency

Currently, the system is hardcoded to use INR as currency add a setting for currency.

Currently, SMS sending is tightly coupled to "[logonutility](http://www.logonutility.com/)" switching to Notification System will help decouple this. Though this will need custom [laravel notification channel driver](http://laravel-notification-channels.com/) for "logonutility"

Upgrading to latest laravel

The current app is based on Laravel 5.1 upgrade it to the latest 5.7
