see TODO, train.py hasn't been implemented yet, as for download_grid_corpus.sh it works fine for me, check with your network issues or try to download it manually from http://spandh.dcs.shef.ac.uk/gridcorpus/
There isn't any confidence set. A value which is the lowest indicates good dubbed video. Hope it answers your question.
