Request: Single global C_Cpp_properties.json file for a multi-root workspace (not one per workspace folder)

@ShaneLillieRAD It looks like you and I are trying to accomplish the same thing. Have you tried using the .code-workspace file rather than settings.json? I couldn't get settings.json to work...
