It seems to be a one man show, it has been a while since the last commit and the Travis build is failing.

I just got to got to have the equivalent to this simple but unmaintained Gnome extension [Maximized by default](https://extensions.gnome.org/extension/1193/maximized-by-default/) Another way to go may be to add the "monocle" tiling...
