The Privacy manifest is not correctly bundled for the static library

Graph API call is getting made from an old version (which is soon going to be deprecated)

Any updates on this? Do we really have to use the [override](https://github.com/facebook/facebook-ios-sdk/blob/0fa94614c49513c80e86a601b5fee9f945aa318c/FBSDKCoreKit/FBSDKCoreKit/Settings.swift#L326) mentioned above to update the Graph SDK version? The [upgrade documentation](https://developers.facebook.com/docs/ios/upgrade-guide/) is not helpful at all 😞
