Ah geez. Rookie mistake. When I wired up my transistor, and subsequently when I verified my diagram, I never noticed that my pinout for my 2N4401 transistor was "bottom view."...

This issue started for me 1/14/24. Any updates on this? Currently, reloading the integration fixes sync for me, but only until HA restarts for updates or similar.
