Chrome插件里的设置无法生效问题

想要每个网站打开后都默认翻译，且使用模糊效果。 Chrome插件版本1.8.11 设置里：规则设置-覆写订阅规则 开启翻译-->默认开启 译文样式-->模糊 然后关闭这个设置页面（找不到保存按钮） 打开网站，还是不自动开启翻译。 点击插件，打开翻译开关，译文样式选择模糊。然后点击保存。此时本页面可以翻译了。再开一个新页面，还是不翻译。 到底怎么才能实现我的需求？
