Ability to add stages from the flowchart editor

Add the ability to add stages to the flowchart view itself. Add an add new button and use a modale dialog to allow for the quick creation of extra stages.

When there are a lot of states and a lot of flowcharts it is very difficult to find the state that should be linked to.
