Are there codebooks available for the polling data (eg president_approval_polls.csv, president_polls.csv) that I'm not finding?

nvidia-xrun does not remove nvidia_uvm on exit, which is used by nvidia, and consequently, nvidia-xrun fails to remove nvidia once X shuts down. I'm not sure what is loading nvidia_uvm....

I understand that Nielson routinely changes DMA boundaries. Any idea which year the boundariers here are from?
