No tests are failing now. Also, I am using `psij-python` from my fork of the repo [here](https://github.com/nipype/pydra/actions/runs/6389629906/workflow?pr=710#L33) till https://github.com/ExaWorks/psij-python/pull/421 is merged.

I think this is good to go, so I'm removing the WIP tag. Please let me know if I need to make any changes.
