Yes, 1.4.2 is also not stable, see https://github.com/trusteddomainproject/OpenDMARC/issues/183 for some details.
I believe this issue has become more urgent recently due to an increased volume of email from important providers with this kind of header.
I made a COPR for Fedora/EPEL at https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/abo/opendmarc/ to not burden the Fedora maintainers with pre-release patches.
