Is there a mechanism (similar to google benchmark) to perform manual timing. I.e. not use the clock builtin to nanbench but provide our own iteration time to nanobench.

would it be possible to add an option to pass in -DLLVM_EXPERIMENTAL_TARGETS_TO_BUILD to CMake. thanks

the pipeline would use instance segmentation to detect bounding boxes within the image, it would then crop the image to the specified coordinates and run image classification on each subimage
