Error in Kotlin

When I use Kotlin, and settle everything down. I found BR.java not exist. Don't know if it's kapt's problem or this repo's. Could you please give an solution?

Can I get Intent and startActivity by myself?

I'm using [RxActivityResult](https://github.com/VictorAlbertos/RxActivityResult) right now. And it have to get a intent. Can you put the intent out so I can use it? Thanks.
