As we begin using balena-cli within CI environments, such as GH Actions, progress bar suppression features become more and more important. Currently, running `balena push` in an action runner generates...
Similar situation occurs running within GitHub actions runners. Quite low priority, but it would be useful eventually to have meaningful log output from the CLI when running in these environments...
