Installed `3.6-dev` from source, same thing happens. I've tried to replicate issue on Ubuntu, everything works correctly there. The bug is probably Mac's thing

The same thing on M1 Air, none of the mentioned solutions seem to fix the problem.
agree with @dc-dc-dc, this would be really helpful for implementations that **require** dilation

works on Ubuntu 21.04 as well.
