That causes everytime we choose in nodeSelector which contains witness node (harvester-node-1) - `select all nodes` - `select specific node` -> choose `harvester-node-1` there isn't any nicOptions can be chosen....

Seems we miss simplied chinese translation, it falls back to English when choosing `Simplied Chinese` preference. cc @torchiaf

Discuss with @derekbit , due to too much packages update at same time. Need more testing, will merge after v1.7.0 release. Put in v1.8.0.
