I have this issue on Windows when flags.txt and labels.txt are in a direct subfolder of Documents (e.g. in Documents/labeling), but not when it's in a subsubfolder (e.g. in Documents/MyProject/labeling)...

When I remove the RandomVisibility Component, the class segmentation, visibility score and bounding boxes are right
