Sadly I can't update the nuget, since I'm not the owner/maintainer of YoutubeExtractor on NuGet. All I can do is list the changes needed to solve the problem :)

YoutubeExtractor by flagbug and WinTube are two different pieces of software. The bug you are seeing should be reported to the developer of WinTube who should in turn report it...
