Extract new zip files contains a zip and replace it with old zip while not losing the whole zip data

Alright, I've posted [this on MSDN](https://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/0c5c3dac-502f-4423-8ec5-5054c2114a00/extract-zip-file-inside-zip-and-overwrite-it-without-losing-the-other-files-in-zip?forum=csharpgeneral) they forwarded me to here because it looks like a bug or something, Any suggestions ?.

Needs Update, won't work on new versions.
