涉及到合并单元格，读取cell内容，如果@Excel注解中type设置的非1类型，这里使用getStringCellValue()方法会出现异常

连接数据的时候加上characterEncoding=UTF-8 试试例如："jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/flowable-learn?serverTimezone=UTC&nullCatalogMeansCurrent=true&useSSL=false&allowPublicKeyRetrieval=true&useUnicode=true&characterEncoding=UTF-8"
