Found it. It seems to be Leatrix Plus. It has sound options aswell which now overlap with MSF with the latest patch. I contacted the author and will report back...

I got in contact with the author of LTP. The current alpha fixes the mount issue. If you are using the curse client, set it to alpha for that addon...
