ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

在瀏覽器用 伺服器IP:WebServerPort 的話，會出現 ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED 然而 API 可以正常使用和回應；unmined 也檢查到是有輸出圖片 已經嘗試過把 Web server port 和 API port 交換，結果也是一樣
