All looks good though. I presume too many db's that are too big and that your cron stops/is killed too soon?

Well, that is kinda a way around it. Sure, it deactivates it & stops the loop but it doesn't really fix the underlying issue so at some point it comes...
Probably delete the backups on both the local & remote disk and then plan the scheduler in the future again. If you have a really big database it'll blow up...
