 How to disable AddTitle() function for new file? I can't find a way in README and Wiki.

**Describe the bug** Nginx正确配置了静态资源加载，但是部署的Cloudreve子站还是加载不了favicon（其他子站可以），F12报错500

云服务器部署后浏览器F12报错RT，导致无法进行用户管理等，具体为用户管理页面不显示东西且点击「新增用户」和「添加管理员」按钮没反应
