I am using this python script `https://github.com/micahvandeusen/gMSADumper` which helps me dump the GMSA credentials in NTLM format if the user has the `ReadGMSAPassword` attribute in bloodhound

Need a bump to the BloodHound module as its not working on 4.2.0
