**What would you like to be added**: 群集管理-global群集-添加节点： k8s Worker节点网卡名称与k8s Master节点网卡名称不一致，添加失败。希望添加每一个节点的时候增加网卡名填写。防止网卡名不一致导致节点flannel插件添加失败。 **Why is this needed**: 每个节点flannel根据网卡名进行网络操作的，当前版本全局只有群集添加的时候统一配置网卡名，而无法单独配置节点的网卡名，存在部分节点不一致导致部署失败。
