The latest Unturned update removed some (deprecated) code that uEssentials was using. Here's a hotfix: https://github.com/TH3AL3X/uEssentials/releases/tag/fixed

It's not designed for Unturned XD it just doesn't work. I own a server for the game and i'm happy for you to use my Unturned RCON if you want...
I personally don't know any other games that use RCON, so i can't test your script with anything else, but i appreciate you being open on the topic/issue.
