This was an issue caused by our codebase. It has been completely revamped and should not happen again.
Try checking the ExplorerPatcher settings.
This is possibly caused by UltraUXThemePatcher. Try repatching it and see what happens. We have also switched to SecureUXTheme, so you can also try installing a newer version.
